1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dikasto (“Platform”, “Service”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Dikasto, governing your access to and use of our website, scoring tools, ranking algorithms, and related software services.

By accessing our Platform, creating an account, or purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Description of the Service

Dikasto is a dedicated media scoring, archival, and analytics SaaS platform that enables users to evaluate movies, TV series, anime, and other media works using customizable weighted criteria, dynamic calculation engines, and unified comparison dashboards.

Dikasto is not a video streaming or hosting platform. We do not host or broadcast full audiovisual copies of copyrighted media. Users utilize the Service to log metadata, poster image URLs, release years, personal reviews, and subjective score cards.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access personalized lists and synchronization across devices, you may register an account with a valid email address and password. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately upon detecting any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Dikasto cannot and will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect credentials.

4. Digital Products, Supporter Program & Payments

In addition to free platform features, Dikasto offers paid digital products, including the Supporter Pass, “Creator’s Recipe” methodology guides, custom evaluation schemas, and future Pro tier subscription packages.

All digital product purchases grant a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the specific digital goods. Reselling, bulk redistributing, or unauthorized syndication of digital materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

All brand assets, software source code, visual design, custom UI components, scoring formulas, and documentation belong exclusively to Dikasto and its creator.

User notes, customized criterion labels, and personal rating records remain the intellectual property of the user. You grant Dikasto a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and generate anonymized aggregate statistics based on this data to operate the service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When utilizing Dikasto, you expressly agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source algorithms and database content without authorization.
• Engage in automated bulk requests, DDoS attacks, or impose unreasonable infrastructure loads on our servers.
• Transmit defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or copyright-infringing content through personal notes or profile fields.
• Impersonate another user, brand representative, or administrator.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility for all paid digital products and subscriptions is governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. In accordance with digital consumer protection laws and Paddle standards, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial digital purchases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Dikasto is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dikasto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination & Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically; revisions become effective immediately upon being published on the Platform.
